Maintain a theater troupe of Madison County high school students that produces entertaining and educative plays which explore issues important to teens and delivers powerful prevention messages to the community.

Build an audience base that provides performance opportunities and supports productions.

Community based program with strong school participation.

Teens create vignettes on teen issues and compose a performance piece during a 3 day retreat.

Throughout the year the troupe meets regularly to rehearse and perform in community settings.

Performances include facilitated discussions with the audience.

Increase self image, communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and abillity to cope with problems in healthy ways of program participants.

Raise awareness of audience of problems teens face daily.

Increase the social value of the troupe members to the community
