Drug and alcohol use can occur at any age, whether you are a teen or a senior citizen. At every age, there is concern, and an opinion from individuals on whether or not they, or someone else around them should be drinking or using drugs.

But let's be honest, adults and teens don't often care about others opinions or concerns in that specific area. That's why there is a large group of us from different schools in Madison County trying to stop the consistent advertisement of alcohol to teens.

My name is Caitlin Hollenbeck, and my partner is Lindsay Mosher. We are creating a power point for our project. Our intentions are the same as everyone else's---not only to stop this advertising to underage youth, but also to tell kids not to give in to peer pressure from the advertising.

In our project, we will be including statistics, photos, and also, the effects of drinking and drug use. We hope this will have great success and stop our peers from giving in so easily.

Each of us is strong enough to say no to these advertisements and peer pressure. These companies must be stopped once and for all.
