Confidential Assessment and Referral Services

BRiDGES provides confidential assessment and referral services on a face-to-face basis and over the telephone to residents of Madison County who are struggling with the affects of addiction, the harmful use of substances and related social problems. The initial assessment, which usually last about an hour, involves an exploration of the concern with the individual or family. Additional appointments may be scheduled as determined by the counselor on a case-by-case basis. The goal of assessment and referral is to resolve the concern or problem, develop an action plan and make appropriate referrals to other service providers as indicated by the needs of the individual or family.

If you are concerned about your own or another's use of alcohol, tobacco or other drugs call BRiDGES at (315) 697-3947 or 1-866-443-5747 to speak with a counselor about your concerns. This service is funded by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and is provided by BRiDGES at no charge to residents of Madison County.
