Recovery Works


Please join us on Saturday, September 24, 2011 for our 6th Annual Celebrate Recovery Walk. It will be held once again at the Great Swamp Conservancy at 8375 North Main Street, Canastota, NY, at the corner of Pine Ridge Road. The walk will start around 11 a.m. and lunch will be provided by Maxwell House and the Board of Directors of BRiDGES. Wagon rides to a scenic overlook will be provided. All ages are welcome. There is no charge.

Problems with alcohol and drugs are prevalent in Madison County as in every county across the nation. Alcohol and drug problems take an enormous toll on the individual, family, community and workplace. The good news is that recovery works. Entire families are embracing recovery through support programs and treatment services. Help is there if you need it. BRiDGES salutes those in our neighborhoods who are in recovery and the programs they have used to guide them on this journey.
