SWAT (Students Working for Alcohol Truths)
SWAT recently hosted a Community Briefing at Oneida High School in March 2008. The meeting was very well attended and brought together young people and adults from the Oneida community. The Briefing included a PowerPoint presentation on alcohol facts, a showing of a movie on drinking, and an informative panel of professionals that spoke on alcohol use and abuse. A highlight of the panel was a young person in recovery, who spoke about his experiences.
